Happy Birthday Landon!!

Today we celebrate the big 1!!! Wow...what an awesome year that has fully exceeded my expectations. I had no idea that I would love this little boy so much. Pat and I just returned yesterday from being away from Landon for 2 full days and we were both so ready to get back to our little guy. And what a joy it was...when my mom pulled up with him I went out to the car and as I opened the door I could see the smile on his face as he quickly got excited and started bouncing in his seat reaching out for me!! It was such a joy to hold him..then of course I had to release him over to Pat who was just as anxious to hold his son!! Yes..we were extremely excited to be back with out little man.

To celebrate, we started the day by singing Happy Birthday to Landon..he just smiled!! He has no clue it's his birthday, I think he was just enjoying having both his parents sing to him!! We have a little cake ready for later today. Then we have Super Club tonight and will enjoy time with friends. The big party is on Saturday!!

Landon in the SNOW!!

Landon is four days from being ONE and has already experienced snow twice here in Auburn!! The first time was on March 1st of last year when we was just two weeks old!!! And yes, we are well underway with the 1st birthday party planning! I can't believe it's already been a year, we have has such a blast with our little man!! Below are pictures from Landon having fun in snow today and it's amazing to see how much he has grown from our last snow day!!

Landon at two weeks old was not really into the snow or the cold! He was ready to go in and so we just snapped a few pictures and headed in!! This time, I think Landon would have stayed out for hours!!

A trip to the mountains!!

We started December by taking a trip with friends to the mountains!! We had a wonderful time and it snowed!! Landon was a little unsure of the snow but I put him on this swing and he loved it!! While at the mountains, we celebrated Pat's birthday!!
